The Tripartite Alliance for Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP) promotes the adoption of fair and responsible employment practices – where organisations recruit and select staff on the basis of merit such as skills, experience or ability to perform the job, regardless of age, race, gender, religion or family status and staff are treated fairly and with respect. In collaboration with TAFEP, we are pleased to invite you to the “Launching of the Malay Edition of the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices” – which sets out fair employment practices for adoption by employers. Another symbolic highlight of the event is the signing of the Employers’ Pledge of Fair Employment Practices, as a show of commitment and support of the Malay/Muslim companies for fair employment. By being a fair employer, you will be able to attract, develop and retain talented and valued employees, and create a harmonious work environment where highly motivated employees contribute their best to your business.
To RSVP for this event, email to zulhelmi@smcci.org.sg or izyan@smcci.org.sg. Alternatively, you may call 6297 9296 during office hours.
